Everything worked well in the unit, and it was pretty clean. Beds were comfy; loved having a king bed. Being on the third floor with minimal noise overhead was great. Plenty of cookware in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Called the property manager about broken door lock and they did not come u til the next day. That said we were very concerned with our belongings in our room as we left to ski for the day. Make sure the property is secure before you check in and make sure they will be available if you need at any hour of the day.

Not great

I rarely review properties; I feel compelled to in this instance. The quality of the building the dwelling resides in is simply bad. The dwelling itself was not cleaned in an adequate manner. In sum, it’s hard to make this place look good but the impression one gets it that they don’t even try. Would not recommend.

Mountain lodge review

Overall we had a great time, but it was because of the mountain and atmosphere of Snowshoe. - no balcony. - couldn’t find the soiled laundry bag. - they gave us 3 keys, but at checkout they claimed we were given 4 and we were charged. There were 4 of us that checked in at the same time and different people that checked us in/out. And they still argued that we were given 4 keys. (Very unfriendly staff.. not there to help you) - the bunk beds were unstable. If one person moved the whole room woke up. - one roll of toilet paper, not sure how only giving us one roll is COVID friendly.

We had a great time

We loved Snowshoe and are anxious to return. Though the condo could use a couple if update it was a great place to stay with all we needed. The location is great. Walkout the door and your on the slopes and just steps from the heart of the village!
