Welcome to our well-maintained, beautifully-decorated condo in a gated community just steps from the beach. Wide paved sidewalks and a convenient crosswalk to the boardwalk make beach access quick and easy.

This third floor unit has convenient elevator access for easier loading and unloading of luggage and groceries.

Upon arrival, you will find warm and inviting décor and beautiful hardwoods throughout. Cleanliness is very important to us, as we want to provide you with a safe, comfortable, stress-free “home” for your beach getaway.

Wake up each morning and enjoy the sea air and the gulf view in the distance from the private covered patio. It's a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee before a fun day at the beach!

The open-concept kitchen has granite counter tops and updated appliances. It is fully stocked with all the major utensils and tools you need to create meals for your family & friends. This includes grills tools, crockpot, blender, cookie sheets, cutting board, etc.

A spacious pantry gives you plenty of room to stock groceries and other essentials. There are beach chairs, beach umbrella, and several beach towels available for your use. For your convenience, we also have an iron/ironing board and steamer stored near the washer and dryer.

Enjoy meals at the beautiful dining table that comfortably seats 6 and the kitchen bar that accommodates 4. There is also a washer and dryer conveniently located in the condo.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy watching a movie together or curling up to read a good book. The dining table is the ideal place for family games or a great puzzle. Cable and free WiFi provide hours of entertainment once the sun goes down.

The 3 spacious bedrooms and the living area each have a wall-mounted TV with cable provided.

The master suite has a comfortable king bed and features an en-suite master bath with dual sink vanity, large soaking tub, separate shower, and a private water closet.

The two additional bedrooms are just down the hallway. One guest bedroom offers a queen bed, and the other guest bedroom is furnished with a double and a single bed (bunk style). The additional bathroom serves both guest bedrooms. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations for two.

With on-site amenities that include gated entry, a sparkling blue swimming pool and hot tub with water feature, charcoal grills, and a children's splash pad, the entire family will enjoy a memorable beach vacation!

If you like to head out for meals and adventure, you can’t beat this location. There is a bike path that runs from one end to the other of Scenic Gulf Drive, which is loaded with shops, restaurants, and outdoor equipment companies, in addition to the world’s most beautiful beaches. Silver Sands Outlet Mall, boasting over 100 brand name stores, is only 0.8 miles away. You are only 5 miles from popular 30A, which has endless bike and walking trails, quaint shopping & restaurants, and other unique hangouts to enjoy. Only 15 minutes from the heart of Destin, you can also find a water park, go-carts, parasailing, jet ski/water sport rentals, deep sea fishing, and golfing, all nearby.
