The Location doesn't get any better than this, You don't have to cross any street to get to the beach! *We have a view of the Gulf from the balcony. Right across the street there are 7 great restaurants, shops, marina, and small grocery in the south village. When you want to explore more of Siesta Key, there is a Free Trolley that runs to the North Village or down to Turtle Beach (8:00am - 10:00pm everyday) professionally managed. This condo has beautiful travertine Stone floors with a beachy feel throughout the condo.
You will know you're at the Beach when you open the door to this spacious 2, Bedroom 2 Bath condo. Master bedroom is a suite w/ a full bathroom that has a large walk-in shower, master room has a king bed, large closet, sliding glass doors opening to the balcony. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and twin over twin trundle, connected with a full bathroom, w/ tub shower combo. Flat screen TVS in each room.
You will love this fully stocked, nice kitchen with granite and all newer stainless Appliances, with the side-by-side refrigerator (Ice and water in the door). Plenty of pots & pans, spices, cooking utensils, dishes, etc.. to prepare meals for the family & eat in, the dining table seats 6. There is a crock pot, blender, traditional coffee brewer with provided coffee filters, & we always aim to supply (at least a starter of) ground coffee, sugar, creamer pods.
New windows for more quiet safe comfort. We provide a beach bag / 6 beach towels, umbrella, and also smaller beach chairs to take along for the day if you decide to explore other areas. Small cooler & much more amenities are there for our guests to enjoy. The condo has private beach access w/ a beach shower to rinse off the salt & sand. BBQ Grills & free chaise lounge chairs at the beach side. You can feel free to reach out to us if you need anything else during your stay!! Sleeps 6. We answer texts promptly should you have any questions during your stay.

Great Cresent Beach location

Property was as listed, except that there wasn't a beach view. The condo was clean, secure and close to some nice resturants and live music bars. The beds were not very comfortable. We did contact the owner for two different issues and he was very helpful.

Beautiful Crescent Beach Location

We enjoyed our time at the Condo, the location is great. There’s restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You do not have to cross any streets to get to the beach. It’s nice that it’s a private beach. Chairs and lounge chairs are available. The condo was clean and the kitchen had good cooking utensils you would actually like to use. Ron and Carol were very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again, if available.

Best of the best!

FANTASTIC hosts, extremely accommodating, allowed us early check-in, & coming from a Germ-a-phobe, this place was SUPER clean! Although the pool was not heated for the bulk of our stay, hosts graciously gave us access to a pool that was heated. We loved that this building was on the beach. Great beach access, & loungers available. We loved the recliners, comfy beds and our own internet. Will be sharing this listing on siesta key fb pages I’ve joined. Thanks again Ron and Carol!

Wonderful Condo!

The condo was exactly as the pictures showed plus more! All furniture was comfy and there was adequate seating for us! The beds were comfortable. The cupboards were well stocked with everything we needed! Great location! The beach was just steps away as well as the ice cream shop! Hop on the trolley to go downtown for shops and restaurants. Closet was stocked with a small cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and if needed toys for the kiddos. We are keeping all the info on this place in hopes to return someday!

Second stay was perfect!

This was our second time renting unit 208 and everything was great. There is no real view of the water but the complex is right on a pristine, white sand beach. Seashell condominiums has a private area directly on Crescent Beach with piles of white sand and beautiful aqua blue water. Perfect for swimming and castle building. Suite able fir all ages. The unit was equipped with all your beach needs but we opted to rent a cabana from Sammy’s Beach Bums which made or daily trip to the beach comfortable and relaxing. The condo was clean and well cared for and included everything necessary for a nice stay. The added benefit of being directly across the street to fabulous restaurants and bars made meals and shopping convenient. The free transportation to the village was quick and easy although the south end has so much to offer that we only went into the village twice. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Malinda again.

Not a 5 but close

I love staying in this condo complex. Just a few issues, preventing me from writing a five star coffee pot had mold in it from probably the last couple of renters. The spare bedroom mattress it’s like sleeping on the floor. It’s so hard. The spare bedroom closet couldn’t be utilized to hang my clothes because it was full of beach stuff. Maybe invest in a parking storage like other owners use. There was no dish rag or sponge for doing dishes. There is either an issue with the touch control door lock or the batteries need changed that was a fight every time we tried to get in. These few things would not deter me from staying here again and are just suggestions to have them addressed in the future. Maybe invest in a Keurig coffee pot???

Great location

Pros: location is fantastic . It’s right on the beach , it is across a street from little plaza with a coffee shop two restaurants, ice cream shop and little grocery store. There is more options down the street for restaurants. And free shuttle to siesta key village which has tons of restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful. Decor is really cute. The apartment was very clean, the communication with their manager was great she was helpful answered and helped us with all the questions promptly . The beds were super comfortable. Water pressure was great. It was a quiet inside apt. Cons. If you have younger kids the balcony rail is pretty low . We didn’t read description closely but we only had 6 small beach towels and 8 shower towels for 5 people whole week. So be prepared to wash laundry if you like your towels fresh. They get musty after few days. We had one bathroom roll for each bathroom , one paper towel, and 3 garbage bags. There was no kettle , no foil, no extra pillows or bedsheets. Grill is charcoal, but there is no grill tools , lighter or tray to bring food outside . We hoped to grill but it didn’t work out. There was three pans the non stick one was badly scratched up and stick ones were hard to use ( lots of pancakes were thrown away) We wanted to sit closer to water so we can watch our kids in the ocean so we brought beach chairs from the room. First day one lady asked if we belong here and what apt we were staying at, so we told her and she didn’t bother us again , third day some guy came to us and told us to get of their beach . Didn’t ask us anything just told us to move , we told him we are guests. He was extremely rude in his demeanor towards us. We also noticed that over the whole week many families were seated by us who were not from our hotel and they were not asked to leave. I’m not sure why our family was targeted. Overall, I think this place is described accurately by the owner. We had a fun time on our vacation.

Location of this property is ideal. No fighting beach road traffic to get off key as it right at south bridge. Restaurants convenient stores across the street. A few steps out the door and you are on the sand! Condo was clean and furniture was in great condition. Communication with host was 10 out of 10. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

We had a nice time at this condo. All the chairs in the living area were a nice bonus. The location was great. We didnt really use the deck at all so cant comment on it. The refrigerator was connected to the hot water . If you are not the first one to get water you get hot water . Also the king bed was very uncomfortable for us. I know everyone is different but our experience was not that pleasant. The kids beds were good though. Also your only allowed in a little section of the beach. There are people yelling at you even if part of your umbrella is over this imaginary line. The same people were charging for the chairs and umbrellas .
