Our Casa is twenty miles (20) away from San Juan, about 20 minutes, definitely NOT at rush hours, and miles from our international airport in San Juan.
Our national rain forest El Yunque, and beautiful Luquillo Beach in Fajardo are just 40 minutes away. Highways to the east, north and south coast are just around the corner.
Our Casa is the perfect getaway to listen to pristine sounds of nature and waking up to birds singing the next morning… in a city. Please note that our tropical surroundings means that leaves and natural debris can find their way into the pool and patio area, and you may encounter the occasional visiting of birds, bugs or other friendly visitors. The pool is cleaned on the same day of the guests arrival and then once a week. Additional cleaning is available for an extra charge. Minimum age to rent the property is 28 years old. No parties, events or visitors allowed. This property doesn’t have a power backup system. Available for long term rentals.
A Special quote for more than 6 months is available.
Checking after 2:00 pm Check out 11:00AM. IMPORTANT!!! If you need to checking after 10:00 PM please let us know before you book for availability.

House rules:
Guests are responsible for any clogged toilets during their stay. It’s prohibited to flush in the toilet baby wipes, food, toilet paper or anything else that may clogged the pipes. Guests will pay for plumbing repairs and it may take days to get a plumber service specially during weekends.
No visitors, events or parties allowed. Important!!!While we are flexible on checking we need to know before you book if your checking is after 10:00 pm. The following dates are not available for checking / check-outs. December 25 and 31st. January 1st and 6, Good Friday.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by events outside of our control, such as power outages, atmospheric events, or loss of essential services over which we have no control. This is a Non smoking property.
