The Space:
Superb, quiet and highly functional studio apartment, the perfect pied-à-terre for a successful Parisian vacation.

Spacious, functional and completely refurbished in 2025! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.

The apartment features a Queen-size double bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with TV and WIFI access.

On entering the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- a queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- an iron and an ironing board.

Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
PS: Please note that Wi-Fi is currently unavailable throughout the entire building for an indefinite period. This issue is beyond our control, and we will not accept any complaints or requests for compensation for any inconvenience caused.

Included Services:
Rest easy with provided bed linen and towels for your comfort throughout your stay. Professional housekeeping services will ensure the apartment is pristine upon your arrival and departure.

Family-Friendly Services:
Let us know in advance if you need a cot and high chair, and we'll happily accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in begins at 2:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable ONLINE by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out incurs a fee of €90. Cigarette smell post-stay results in a charge of €450. An additional key service is available for stays of 15 days or more. Misplaced keys left on the door or inside the apartment incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the key type.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Please refrain from leaving keys on the door or inside. Respect your neighbors' peace and quiet to avoid deposit deductions. Note that we cannot assume responsibility for construction inside the building.

Internet Access:
Enjoy our internet service responsibly, and kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not liable for connection malfunctions.

Age Requirement:
The minimum age for reservation is 23 years. Individuals under 23 must be accompanied by an adult of the required age. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in denial of stay, with no refund requests accepted.
