This property was better than the pictures showed! Rustic appeal but modern with all the extra touches! This place was outstanding. I was delayed my first day of the trip, but the hosts were incredibly accommodating and able to meet me late into first night to ensure a smooth check-in. The place itself had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get away around this area!

The apartment is very well done and exceptionally clean. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. It was just right for the two of us. It takes about 15-25 minutes to get to the Pine Creek Trail and Wellsboro from the apartment.

This above garage apartment on the host's property was perfect for a couple's get-away. Everything in the place was clean and nearly new. The decor was beautiful, particularly the woodwork and attractive furnishings. The quiet out-of-the-way location was great for time in the woods, yet close to a great visit to The Grand Canyon of PA. Also, very competitively priced accommodations for the area. Our hosts welcomed us on arrival, and came out to thank us and wish us safe travels on our departure. We couldn't have been happier. Be careful driving up there though. There are deer everywhere!

This was our third stay at Tom and Aine's beautiful apartment. The Cozy Sand Rd. Apartment is our home away from home and we feel so comfortable staying at their property when visiting the Wellsboro area. Tom and Aine are wonderful hosts and truly care about their guests. The apartment is immaculately clean and stocked with bottled water, snacks, coffee/tea, and toiletries. There is a wonderful outdoor space for you to enjoy with a deck and fire pit area. The property is secluded and peaceful. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature . We highly recommend staying at this cozy apartment that's perfect for a couple.

My wife and I have been staying at VRBOs for many years, often with our children and grandchildren. This particular rental is one of the nicest we have ever experienced. It was very clean and included many amenities. It was warm and cozy, a perfect home away from home. Tom and Aine were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely consider this particular rental again if we spend extended time in the area.

This was the second time we have stayed here within the last year and it is always so perfect! The apartment is very clean, it has everything you need, and it is the most peaceful place I have ever stayed. They also have a lot of helpful information in the apartment such as hiking trails, bike trails, rafting, and restaurants in the area! We plan to return in the future! Honestly, the place far exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, nice warm atmosphere, immaculately clean and neat -- very inviting. We could have stayed here all day. The views were beautiful, the owners very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay here again if we come back this way.

We visited the area for the weekend to hike and stargaze and the apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was impeccibly clean, stocked with coffee and tea, an assortment of snacks, travel toiletries, and helpful information about the area. The bed was firm and comfy and the hosts had extra blankets on hand for sleeping and for relaxing in the living room. It felt like they thought of everything- there were thoughtful touches like flashlights placed throughout the apartment and orange vests/hats in the closet for safe hiking. We found the property very easily and loved how peaceful and natural the setting was. Tom and Aine greeted us at arrival and departure and were genuinely kind and welcoming. There is no doubt that we'll stay at the apartment again when we return to the area!
