• Pets are not permitted
• Please respect the artwork and the decor of the house. In case of accidental breakage, please inform us immediately. Deliberate breakage will incur a penalty
• Please bring your own wood for indoor fireplace and wood stove
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.

Note: The house is equipped with a lift for convenience; however, please be aware that it is not currently in working condition and cannot be used during your stay. Unauthorized use, including improper or unauthorized activation of the emergency button, shall incur a penalty fee of $1000.

Guests wishing to use any of our recreational amenities must bring their own equipment, as it is not provided.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including all 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped modern kitchen, private pool, outdoor entertaining spaces, balcony with waterfront views, and parking for multiple vehicles.

Guests DO NOT have access to locked staff rooms and cupboards.
