Vacation in Florida without the crowds any time of the year! Enjoy the pool or stroll 530 feet to the walkway that leads you to the ocean.
This is a lovely 2 bedroom home with all the amenities including a spacious covered patio with pool fully enclosed. You will want to spend all of your time out there! There are sliding glass doors from every room leading to the patio with comfortable furniture and a table for outdoor dining. A propane grill is out there to use.

Deciding to stay in? There is a comfortable living area with two recliners and a sofa which hides a queen size bed. On the Mid-Century credenza is a large "smart" TV and, near the fireplace (decorative only) is a piece containing games to enjoy. The dining table opens to seat 6 easily.
The fully equipped kitchen has a counter and stools to seat four.
The primary bedroom has an en suite with shower and double closet. A King size bed is on order. The other bedroom has two twins with a full bath (tub and shower). There is even an air mattress for that occasional guest. All linens provided.
Nothing to do but enjoy.
Located in a quiet neighborhood about mid way from each causeway. The one to the south brings you to Sebastian Inlet for some great fishing on the ocean side and Dolphins and Manatee sighting in the shallows on the lagoon side. Then on to Vero Beach for fun shopping and restaurants. Along the way you might visit the McClarty Treasure Museum where gold bullion was discovered from shipwrecked galleons of the 1715 Spanish Treasure Fleet. Or visit the Barrier Island Center. The 34 acre sanctuary and education center has an observation deck, boardwalk and overlook that offers magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean. An interesting stop for all ages.
If you travel north you will arrive at Cape Canaveral which includes NASA Kennedy Space Center. This is a full day of space exploration past present and future.
Also, there is the Exploration Tower which overlooks Port Canaveral near Jetty Park.
And don't forget to stop at Ron Jon Surf Shop - the largest in the world which is near Cocoa Beach Pier that offers dining and drinks with an outstanding view.
If this is to your liking, Victory Casino Cruises for an afternoon of gambling or just enjoy the boat ride!
You may just want to stay close to home and enjoy a gorgeous sunset at a favorite restaurant. Cafe Coconut Cove (about 2 miles north on A1A) is my favorite to enjoy a casual beverage outside watching the sunset and then enjoying a unique European dinner in this family run restaurant. Then there's Djon's Steak and Lobster House with a patio for sunset viewing. At Ocean 302 you can find craft beers and great food from Brick Oven Pizza to elegant Chef's Specials and a Chef's Table. Even closer to home Italian dining and pizza either to eat in or take out can be found at DeAngelo's.
Honest John's Fish Camp is one mile away for boat rentals or a private boat tour of the Indian River Lagoon. Dolphins dancing in the wake of the boat!
Two golf courses are minutes away. Aquarina Golf Club (18 hole Par 62) and Brassie Grille just to the south and Spessard Holland (18 hole Par 67 course) just to the north.
The ocean is so close you can hear it! One short block and you are at a private beach. Bring the wagon down with a cooler and chairs! Sorry, no crowds will be there. Just beautiful sand and waves. After the beach there is an outdoor shower.
If you're lucky, you can view the path of a launch from NASA on our beach with the locals.
Flying in? Try MLB/Melbourne Orlando International Airport only about 25 minutes away. Small airport but with all the amenities.
