* Loud music, shouting, parties, or disruptive behaviour at any time is not permitted.
* Please be mindful when arriving late or leaving early.

🚗 Parking Rules
* Only park in designated areas provided for the property.
* Do not park in front of neighbouring homes, driveways, or nature strips.
* Random or inconsiderate parking may result in complaints and immediate action.

🚫 Parties, Events & Gatherings
* Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
* Any unannounced guests, parties, or violations will result in immediate termination of the stay without refundand additional cleaning or damage charges.

🚭 Smoking, Drugs & Illegal Activity
* Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the house (including bathrooms and bedrooms).
* A substantial cleaning and deodorising fee will apply if violated.
* Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited.
* Suspected use or possession will be reported to authorities, and guests will be asked to vacate immediately.

* No pets allowed on the property at any time.

🗝️ Keys, Locks & Security
* Lost keys, remotes, or access devices must be reported immediately.
* A $250 replacement fee applies.
* Guests must not change locks, codes, or security devices under any circumstances.

🧹 Care of the Property

* Any damage, spills, or breakages must be reported promptly.
* Excessive mess, stains, or misuse may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
