Guest access

Check-in

- Guests can enjoy a seamless, smooth self check-in through a digital smart lock.
- Early check-in/Late check-out is not a service, but please ask politely if needed and I'll try my best to accommodate if possible at extra cost.

Access

Perfectly located just above the bustle in one of Manly's most sought after position, this unique apartment is on the top floor (up 2 flights of stairs on the second floor) along a steep hill of Darley Road. No lift is on site.

Parking

There's free street parking in front of the building. This is available for 2 hrs between 8am and 10pm, and no time restriction beyond these times, on a first come first serve basis. Limited parking is throughout Manly so please allow extra time to find a parking spot.

Transport

- Car : 3 mins from Manly Beach, 7 mins to North Head National Park for the famous lookouts and Fairfax Walk, 1 hour from the airport
- Ferry : Experience the scenic 20-min ride to the city, with spectacular ocean views of Sydney Harbour, Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge
- Bus : To Sydney CBD, neighbouring Northern Beaches, Warringah Mall Westfield Shopping Centre, Chatswood, etc.

During your stay

Feel free to decide how much interaction you prefer -- I'll respect your privacy if you'd like a quiet stay, but I'm more than happy to share my love for Manly with you and answer any questions.

Rules

Kitchen Access

- Access to kitchen is available for guests staying more than 1 night as I don't charge a cleaning fee, but all guests are welcomed to use basic cutlery and the kettle
- No access to the oven and dishwashing machine is available, except for drying your dishes in the dish washer.
- Please wash your dishes after dining.
- Food in the fridge and pantry staples are not for guest use and must not be accessed.

Smoking

Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarette on premises and within all common areas of the apartment building.

Visitors

Guests are not allowed to bring visitors into the home.

Eating, Drinking & Partying

- This home is for conscious, calm and thoughtful living. While lighting drinking is allowed, the place is not a party house and is generally alcohol-free.
- Please do not consume any food inside your room. You're welcome to dine in the dining area.

Quiet hours

- It would be greatly appreciated if you can keep your voice down between 9pm and 9am. - While we'd like you to make yourself at home, please respect our neighbours and do not create excessive noise inside the apartment and within all common areas of the apartment building.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the property.

Personal items

- All household items not described in the listing are not for consumption and must not be accessed during your stay.
- It is not permitted to remove any household items -- including pantry staples, cleaning products, and toiletries.
- Please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they will not be provided.

Laundry Access

No access to laundry facilities is available, but there are multiple laundromats around. The closest laundromat is only a 1 min walk around the corner.
