Beautiful Manly

The home and location is beautiful. Close enough to walk to town and the wharf, yet very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful amenities and a host who is present and available throughout the day. Interesting that this was the only vrbo owner who personally checked us in and showed us how everything worked On our entire 6 week vacation.

An oasis in suburban Manly

A beautiful, spacious property with light beaming in from all angles. Looking across the private lush green lawn from the living area, you could be in a country woodland, rather than suburban Manly- a place where we woke to the song of Kookaburras in the trees - yet only a leisurely stroll to the beach or the wharf. A perfect stay!

Great Spot in Manly

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks while we were in Sydney. It is in a really convenient spot with the beach and restaurants a short walk away and the ferry an easy walk. The apartment is light, bright, quiet really nicely decorated and equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. Anni is a great host who made sure we had everything we needed. Hopefully, we will be back.

This home away from home exceeded our expectations. Beautifully appointed with full amenities. Anni was very helpful and accommodating with our arrival time. Easy access to all beaches, and the ferry terminal to circular quay ~ Sydney. We’d absolutely return to this VRBO. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay in Manly

We had a wonderful week-long stay in Manly. The flat is lovely and very well equipped...it really felt like home to us. Lots of space to spread out, including huge closets and an awesome bathroom. Parking on the street was never an issue and the neighborhood was very quiet. Our hosts were quite responsive and thoughtful. We highly recommend this flat near Sydney.

Perfection

We had an amazing stay in a perfectly designed self contained unit. Everything was immaculate and of such good quality. The range of items available for use was the best we’ve ever had. As well as the usual kitchen items there was everything you could think of ranging from beach chairs to shoe polish! The unit was light and airy and nice and quiet at night resulting in a good night’s sleep. The hosts were friendly and easy to chat to and kindly left us wine and biscuits and cheese. Hope to stay with you again in the not too distant future!

The Best of Manly...

This is a lovely, large, bright, airy flat located in a very quiet area away from the mania that can be Manly, but close enough via short walk to beach and downtown. Anni was the perfect host, available if you needed something, otherwise invisible. We are looking at buying a property in Manly or surrounds in the next year, and will definitely stay here again!!! Fabulous appartment

Hosts were lovely and very helpful. Exceptionally clean.There was everything in the appartment that you needed. Extras too, nice warm blankets to snuggle in for the colder evenings, as we were there in September/ October. Great location, 6 minutes walk to the beach. Cannot give any negatives at all.

Perfection!

Immaculately clean, perfect Manly location, beautifully appointed apartment. Anni and Steve are superb hosts and obviously take great pride in the stunning presentation of this property. The location is perfect to walk into Manly town Centre or to the beach or for access to some of the stunning hikes around Sydney Harbour. A quiet street with easy parking is a huge advantage. We loved sitting outside looking at the gorgeous private garden with our coffee in the mornings. We will certainly be back! Helen & Kev - Antigua, Caribbean.

Luxury home close to Manly Wharf and beach.

Fabulous, modern property close to the beach and wharf but in a peaceful street. We could not have asked for more. A bright, airy open plan sitting / dining/ kitchen with huge doors to let in the cool sea breeze. Anni kindly let us in early as our flight landed early morning. No bugs whatsoever which testifies to the meticulous cleaning. Plenty of spare towels and linens and a kitchen packed with every piece of crockery, glassware and utensil that you would need, which was great as we cooked most nights. If we ever come back to Manly we will definitely stay again.

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!

We arrived with high expectations and were delighted to discover that the unit was even nicer than it looked in the photographs! We travel a lot, yet so rarely have our expectations exceeded. As an Architect and a Builder, we really appreciated the well-considered design, generous proportions, stylish fixtures and quality of the building. The unit has a lovely light and airy feel to it and is comfortable, quiet, well-appointed and spotless. The cupboards are thoughtfully filled with things travellers need but don't necessarily think to bring or expect to find. The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance, via a very nice shortcut in the reserve, to the beach, shops and restaurants. (Our car sat unused for most of our two week stay.) Our hosts Anni and Stephen were very welcoming, considerate and thoughtful and we got the impression that they would do anything to help make our stay a happy one. Thank you so much for having us and we hope to see you again!

Urlaub und Wohlfüllen wie zu Hause

Vielen Dank an Anni und Stephen für die Gastfreundschaft und den besonderen Augenblick für uns. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ruhe und der Komfort ist hier zu Hause, für alle anderen Dinge( Strand, Shop's,Restaurant's) braucht man 9 min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung mit Ausstattung ist nur empfehlenswert. Special in every way

This apartment is so special— on the lower level of the owners home, this flat has lovely interior spaces where so much thought by the owners, Anni and Stephen, results in maximum comfort and every convenience. From the patio out front, we enjoyed the beautiful gardens with amazing bird life. The location could not be better. A short walk to Manly center and the 20 minute ferry to Sydney, the beautiful Manly beach, very nice restaurants and some excellent, scenic walks. We also walked to a good tennis facility nearby. Before we arrived, we wondered if we should have stayed in Sydney proper but one day in this spectacular property in lovely Manly was all it took to reinforce our decision to stay here. Big thanks go to Anni and Stephen who extended every courtesy and were such warm and gracious hosts.

Great memories

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay in the very comfortable, spacious and well appointed apartment that met all of our needs. Hosts, Anni and Steve, very friendly and accommodating. Well placed in a quiet position yet within easy walking distance of Manly beach, the Corso or the Wharf for a ferry trip to Sydney CBD and beyond.
