About the Property

This private standalone home is set on 5 acres of peaceful countryside, surrounded by open rural views with no close neighbours, offering plenty of privacy and space to relax.

The home is normally set up with four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate living areas and a rumpus room. All bedrooms are provided with comfortable mattresses and bedding, making the home ideal for families, friends and larger groups.

Optional Fifth Bedroom

The standard setup accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.

For groups of more than 8 guests, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the study as an optional fifth bedroom, with up to two single beds available if required. The study has a fully closing sliding door but does not have a lock.

During your stay, explore the scenic walking and mountain biking trails of the You Yangs, or visit Serendip Sanctuary to see kangaroos, native birds and beautiful wetlands.

Geelong CBD, Avalon Airport and You Yangs Regional Park are all within easy reach, while Lara town centre is just a few minutes away, offering cafés, brunch spots and supermarkets. You can also enjoy a relaxing walk along Hoffmans Walk and take in the peaceful rural surroundings—the perfect place to slow down, unwind and enjoy country living.
