If you're serious about exploring pristine wilderness in spring, summer, fall in Ontario, this is where you want to sleep. Snowmobile House #1 puts you steps from 400+ km of trails, and gravel roads and over 100 lakes, through Haliburton Forest — fuel up, gear up, and go.

Back at base, the unit sleeps up to 4 on 2 single beds per bedroom. The kitchenette is fully stocked: two-burner cooktop, bar-size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle, cookware, and dishes. A three-piece bathroom and dining area complete the setup. Linens, pillows, facecloths, towels, dish soap and hand soap are all provided. To be environmentally conscious the units are not supplied with any single use products. Please bring your own coffee (we have filters for the machine), tea, spices, shampoo, conditioner and soap for the shower.

What makes Snowmobile House #1 especially good for groups: adjoining doors connect directly to Snowmobile House #3, making it simple to book both units and have up to 8 guests under a loosely shared roof. Perfect for a large group who want their own space but easy access between rooms.

Between adventures, the Boshkung Smokehouse is right there for a hearty meal, the Camp Store has you covered for supplies, and the Wolf Centre offers one of the most memorable wildlife experiences in Ontario. Year-round trail and road access means this unit works in all seasons for hiking, biking, trail running, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, winter only ATVing and giving access to over 100 lakes for fishing, paddling and swimming!

Cook smores over a fire at one of our communal firepits, enjoy an outdoor game from our games shed and be sure to test your skills finding our hidden Geocaches!
