Total Sleeping Capacity: Comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults/kids in beds + flexible child sleeping options.

Our property features a main cottage plus two cozy, separate sleeping cabins located just steps away... perfect for extended families or groups who want to vacation together while enjoying private sleeping quarters at night.

MAIN COTTAGE:
Primary Bedroom: 1 Double bed (sleeps 2) + 1 child-friendly futon
Second Bedroom: 1 Bunk bed (Double bottom, Twin top - sleeps 3)
Living Area: 1 Double pull-out sofa + additional sofa space + 1 Twin roll-out sleeping pad for a child

GUEST CABINS (Steps from main cottage):
Cabin 1: 1 Twin bunk bed set (sleeps 2)
Cabin 2: 1 Double bed (sleeps 2)

*Note: The guest cabins are dedicated sleeping quarters. All full amenities (kitchen, bath, laundry) are located inside the main cottage.

You have 100% private, exclusive access to the main cottage, guest cabins, yard, and firepit.

On-Site Host Assistance: For peace of mind and smooth check-ins, my father (Ray) lives in a separate residence on the far edge of the grounds. He completely respects guest privacy and will not enter your space or amenities, but is nearby in emergency.
