Step inside and feel right at home in the open-plan living area, complete with a Smart TV and a selection of board games for easy downtime. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee machine, blender, toaster, microwave, kettle, frypans, pots, wine glasses, and mugs. Downstairs also features a guest toilet and a large reverse cycle air conditioning unit to keep you comfortable in any season.



Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, and its own air conditioner. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, mirrored built-in wardrobes, a ceiling fan, and blockout blinds for restful sleep. The third bedroom is ideal for kids with two single beds and built-in wardrobes. The main bathroom is also located upstairs.



This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.



Step outside to a large pet-friendly grassed area with an undercover entertaining space. It includes a comfortable outdoor lounge and coffee table, perfect for relaxed afternoons or evening chats. The Webber Baby Q BBQ is stored in the garage, while the BBQ table can be found next to the fridge. Utensils are available in the kitchen drawers for your convenience.



In the garage, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer, a portable clothes drying rack, and surfboard storage for up to six boards. There is also one off-street parking space and additional visitor parking available.
