As this property is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' from 10pm to 8 am. ** NO SCHOOLIES



A starter pack of guest amenities is supplied to see you through your first night, this gives you time to complete your grocery shopping for the items you prefer to use.



Please Note: Double car secure car-port is available for on site vehicle parking, maximum height clearance 2.2m - Garage behind is NOT accessible



Security & Privacy

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the home. These cameras monitor the driveway/carport, front entrance, front gate, and the street-facing approach to the property. The cameras record video 24/7. No audio is recorded or monitored. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.
