Inside, the home offers comfortable accommodation across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third bedroom includes a single bed, making it ideal for families, couples travelling together, or small groups.



The property also offers two bathrooms, providing added convenience and space for guests during their stay.



Best of all, your furry family members are welcome too. With plenty of room to relax and a peaceful neighbourhood perfect for daily walks, it's a holiday everyone can enjoy.

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay and explore nearby beaches, cafés, restaurants, shopping and local attractions. The quiet streets surrounding the property are also perfect for leisurely strolls and walking your dog.



Other Things to Note:

For your comfort and enjoyment, please note this is a peaceful residential home and we kindly ask guests to respect the quiet nature of the neighbourhood, particularly during evening hours.



The property is pet friendly however we ask that pets remain off furniture and beds and that guests clean up after them during their stay. Any additional cleaning or damage caused by pets may incur additional charges.



The garage is locked off and not available for guest use; however you are very welcome to park in the driveway. There is also free and unlimited street parking available directly outside the property for your convenience.



The swimming pool is not heated and is available for guest use year-round, however seasonal conditions may affect water temperature. Guests are asked to supervise children at all times when using the pool.



Please note this home is not suitable for parties, events, or school leavers. We maintain a strict no-party and no excessive noise policy to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests and neighbours.
