The Space:

We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos.



This hotel unit is suitable for two, perfect for both leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay alongside direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City!

Wheelchair accessibility: some units are accessible so please ask us in advance to ensure you have an accessible 1st floor unit!



Please note: Our unit is located within the Showboat property, which includes casino operations. The unit itself is strictly non-smoking. However, due to shared common areas, guests may occasionally notice odors from elsewhere in the building, including smoke. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full access to the entire apartment along with all the amenities the building has to offer.



The Neighborhood:

The Showboat boasts a prime location directly on the beach and Boardwalk, with top attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the lively boardwalk just steps away. Inside, guests can enjoy the all-new 85,000 sq. ft. Lucky Snake arcade—complete with arcade games, go-karts, rock climbing, and more. Other nearby and easily accessible attractions include:



- Renaissance Plaza

- Marine Mammal Stranding Center

- Absecon Lighthouse

- Brigantine Town Center

- Atlantic City Aquarium



Getting Around:

Set in an unbeatable spot right on the beach and Boardwalk, the Showboat offers a truly prime location. With taxis and rideshares available 24/7, getting around is effortless. Plus, top attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the beach are just a short stroll away!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
