Family-Friendly Services:
If you need a baby cot and a high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice), and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linens.

Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM.
For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance with applicable fees.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
If cigarette odor is detected after your stay: €450.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises could result in deductions from the deposit.
Please be aware of construction work inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Internet Access:
Please avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.

Reservations and Special Events:
For unique services or events, please request pre-approval. Deposits apply to reservations for the Paris 2024 Olympics.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
