Every detail has been arranged to ensure a peaceful and entirely comfortable stay.
|Inside the Property| Layout: Once you enter the house, you will walk into a small hallway with three distinct paths. Turning to the first left path leads you into the living and dining area, with the kitchen and laundry zone tucked neatly at the back. Continuing straight down the main hallway past the living area entrance, the next path on your left opens into the private bedroom suite. On the right side of the very same main hallway, you will find the door leading directly out to the backyard patio.
Bedroom: A beautiful, peaceful retreat centered around a styled Queen-sized bed adorned with crisp linens, textured neutral throws, and plush accent cushions. To maximize functionality, the room features an expansive, wall-to-wall mirrored built-in wardrobe that amplifies the natural light streaming in from the large window looking out onto the backyard. Tucked neatly into the corner, a built-in study desk with drawers and overhead shelving, while an overhead ceiling fan ensures personalized climate comfort.
Ensuite Bathroom: Accessible directly from the bedroom, this private ensuite bathroom offers a clean and convenient space to refresh and prepare for your day.
Living & Dining Area: Unwind in a comfortable lounge space equipped with a cozy couch, a smart TV, a dining table that comfortably seats 2 people, and split-system AC. The area is fully integrated with an eero device to keep your devices seamlessly connected.
Kitchen & Laundry Area: Tucked neatly at the back of the living and dining area, this kitchen comes fully equipped with a double-door fridge, Westinghouse electric oven, a 4-burner gas stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and essential cooking utensils. For ultimate convenience, the kitchen also houses laundry essentials, including a 6kg front-load washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.
|Outside the Property| The Backyard Patio: Step outside into a fenced backyard area featuring a cozy, covered patio space. Equipped with a table and chairs that comfortably accommodate 2 people, it offers a relaxed outdoor vibe. Just beyond the secure fence is the street side.

Booking & Financial Policies • Booking Extension Policy: Last-minute extensions must be approved and paid for in full before 7:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled check-out. Any extension requested after this time will incur a $150.00 fee (to compensate housekeeping for urgent scheduling changes) plus the standard nightly extension rate. All charges must be paid upfront. If fees are not paid in full by your scheduled check-out time, you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please note that if you create an entirely new reservation instead of submitting an alteration request, the cleaning fee cannot be refunded.
• Third-Party Bookings: If this reservation was made on behalf of someone else, the booking account holder is fully responsible for communicating all house rules, check-in instructions, and updates to the staying guests. Failure to relay this information may result in miscommunication that could affect the guest experience.
• Extra Cleaning Charges: Additional fees will apply if the property is not left in an acceptable condition upon departure, or if unallocated beds, bedding, or linen are used.
• Damages & Loss: Please report any accidental breakage or damage as soon as practically possible so we can arrange prompt repairs or replacement. Depending on the severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation. Guests are also fully liable for the replacement costs of any lost keys, remotes, or fobs.
• Lockouts: If you lock yourself out, do not arrange your own locksmith. We utilize a preferred locksmith for security and property consistency. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange access. A minimum call-out charge of $250.00 applies to cover travel and logistics (fees are significantly higher after hours). On-site payment to the locksmith will be required. To avoid these charges, please take care of the access key or card throughout your stay.
