Evenings will be enjoyed taking in spectacular sunsets from the large entertainers outdoor area or cosied up in front of the Wood Fireplace inside. The night time views are truly breathtaking with the endless dancing city lights and star gazing.

Despite feeling that your miles away from the hustle and bustle, you'll be conveniently located just a 5 minute drive to Kalamunda town centre, where you'll find plenty of grocery stores, cafes and restaurants.
The property boasts spectacular uninterrupted views of Perth. The massive outdoor entertaining area complete with BBQ, lounges and dining table is the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy a coffee, meal or sunset glass of wine.

The property is fully equipped and furnished for a comfortable and homely stay.
You'll enjoy a modern large open plan kitchen and living area complete with Coonara Wood Fire Place, Lounge with TV area and breakfast bar all taking in the gorgeous outlook.

There is a large seperate second Living Room with an elevated split level dining room complete with TV/DVD set up and comfy lounges with plenty of seating for all the family or group for cosy nights in watching a movie.
These two seperate living areas provide plenty of space and privacy for everyone to spread out and relax.

The home is multi-level and the bedrooms are located up a level accessed by stairs, with the three minor rooms situated in their own wing along with the main bathroom featuring a large deep bath and shower, and seperate toilet located off the Hallway.
The King Master Bedroom Suite with Ensuite is located separately up another level on the opposite side to the other bedrooms offering added privacy and space.

If needed, there is a laundry for your use complete with washing machine
dryer and iron.

An added bonus is the properties self contained games room which is seperate to the house and is decked out with assorted games, couch, bar table and Table Tennis Table. This room will keep all the family entertained or just the kids whilst leaving the household in peace.

Last but not least, if you're an animal lover, please enjoy some interaction with our residents chooks located at the rear of who will happily provide you fresh eggs daily in exchange for a little food.
