The space
This expansive property is thoughtfully configured across two completely independent floors, offering a rare combination of privacy and togetherness.

With five spacious bedrooms, two kitchens, two full bathrooms, and two separate laundry setups, your group will have everything they need for a seamless, stress-free stay.

The Main Level: Features an inviting, open-concept living and dining area, two bedroom, four piece washroom and laundry station. Step through the glass doors straight onto a massive waterfront patio—perfect for morning coffees, afternoon sunbathing, and evening barbecues right by the lake.

The Upper Level: Offers a private, elevated sanctuary boasting premium, panoramic views of Lake Nipissing with three bedrooms, open living space, 4 piece bath and laundry station. Unwind in your own secondary living space and watch the spectacular sunsets over the water.

Guest Access & Amenities

Main Floor Kitchen: Fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils for preparing family feasts.

Upper Level Kitchen: Features full appliances where the oven can be used for extra baking area and the fridge is ready to store any extra groceries (please note, this secondary kitchen is not stocked with cookware or dishes at this time).

Dual Laundry: Independent washers and dryers on both floors for your ultimate convenience.

Waterfront Living: Direct, private access to Lake Nipissing for swimming, boating, and fishing. Excellent Natural water front with shallow sandy bottom perfect for the little ones to play or wade out for a swim in the deeper waters.

Fire Pit Area: Unwind by the private lakeside fire pit, where evenings feel calm, cozy, and unforgettable. Gather with family or friends for stories under the stars, roast marshmallows, or simply relax as the flames crackle and the lake drifts quietly in the background. Comfortable seating, easy access from the patio, and wide‑open sky views make this one of the most loved spots on the property. (Make sure to grab a camp chair from the gazebo)

Year-Round Adventure: Perfectly positioned for summer water sports, autumn leaf-peeping, and winter ice fishing or snowmobiling.

Ample Parking: Plenty of space for multiple vehicles, boat trailers, or snowmobile trailers.

Because this home is split into two distinct units, it offers unmatched flexibility. Families traveling together can enjoy their own private levels and living areas, then gather on the grand lakeside patio for group meals, laughs, and outdoor fun!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the full house, gazebo, paver walkways to and from the home, patio deck, gazebo, firepit area and all yard space between the patio and the lake front. Kayaks are located behind the gazebo along with paddles (guests must bring their own life vests to ensure proper fitting). Some fire wood is available near the waters edge along the fence line. Please use firepit area responsibly and with care.

We ask that guests refrain from using any part of the property not included above and refrain from going by the unfinished areas by the storage trailers and storage sheds on the property. While we have plans for these areas they are still underway and not accessible.
