The main floor greets you with a cheerful, open concept living area framed by large windows that pull in natural light. You will find inviting seating, a fully outfitted kitchen that turns cooking and shared meals into a pleasure, and a roomy TV lounge ideal for movie nights or simply unwinding indoors. The dining area is well suited to family suppers, unhurried breakfasts, or quiet evenings spent reconnecting after a full day outside.
Head downstairs to the lower level, where entertainment awaits guests of every age. A pool table, ping pong, foosball, and a piano make this the go to spot for game nights, rainy afternoons, or easygoing evenings indoors.
The outdoors is where this property really shines. An expansive patio comes complete with outdoor dining, a gazebo, a BBQ grill, a playground, swings, a hammock, a fire pit, a hot tub, and an outdoor shower, creating an ideal blend of relaxation and recreation. Guest Access
The entire cottage is yours to enjoy, including all 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, the main living spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, and the lower level recreation room with its pool table, ping pong, foosball, and piano. Outdoors, you have full use of the private beach and lake access, the hot tub, the fire pit, the large patio, the playground, the outdoor dining area, the BBQ grill, the hammock, and the open yard. On site parking is provided, along with EV charging. Throughout your stay the property belongs entirely to you, offering privacy, comfort, and abundant space to relax and explore.
Other Things to Note
Quiet hours run from 9 PM to 9 AM so that all guests and neighbors can enjoy a peaceful and restful setting. We kindly ask everyone to honor these hours, particularly when spending time outdoors at the fire pit or in the hot tub.
Life safety jackets are kept on site for guest use, especially helpful for activities close to the water. That said, we strongly suggest bringing your own well fitted life jackets for extra safety and comfort, particularly for children or anyone who plans to spend a good deal of time in or near the lake.
Please handle the property with care and respect, as it has been created to offer a relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits. We want you to feel completely at home while also helping us preserve the space for future guests.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the cottage.
Pet Policy
Only trained, non shedding pets are welcome. A non refundable pet fee of $200 applies. Guests take responsibility for any damage or additional cleaning resulting from their pet during the stay.
Please keep doors and windows shut while the heating or air conditioning is in use, which helps maintain comfort and conserve energy.
Kindly keep an eye on children at all times, especially near the hot tub, fire pit, and lake, for everyone's safety.
