The Space:

Escape to the countryside at Endeavour Gray, a striking new retreat set on 15 acres in the scenic Mothar Mountain region, just 15 minutes from Gympie. With playful pops of pink throughout and stunning rural surroundings, this unique getaway offers a memorable stay for families, groups, and horse owners.



Step inside and be greeted by high ceilings and a light-filled modern open-plan living space that showcases views across the pool, paddock, dam, and surrounding bushland. The stylish black and stone kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals away from home, featuring a gas cooktop with pot filler, dual ovens, sinks at either end, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, wine fridge, butler's pantry, and coffee machine. The impressive dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests, making it the perfect gathering place for shared meals and special occasions.



The spacious living area offers a sofa and arm chairs, Smart TV, and cosy fireplace, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring. Large glass doors open onto the outdoor entertaining area, where you'll find a sparkling swimming pool overlooking the rural landscape. Unwind on the deck with your morning coffee, cool off in the pool during summer, or gather around the BBQ or firepit in the evening and enjoy the peaceful country atmosphere under the stars.



Down the left wing of the home, you'll find a second living area designed for entertainment, featuring a comfortable sofa, bar seating, and a unique multi-screen media wall with three TVs side-by-side allowing you to stream different media simultaneously, or enjoy one singular program, perfect for sports enthusiasts. This wing also includes laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer, and sink, as well as an additional bathroom. For those looking to stay active and unwind, there's a dedicated wellness room complete with a sauna, exercise bike, dumbbells, and yoga mats.



GUEST ACCOMODATION

This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and five bathrooms, all located in the right wing of the home. The master suite features a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, coffee and bar station, and a private ensuite with a shower, bath, vanity, and toilet. Bedroom 2 and 3 include a queen bed, wardrobe, and private ensuite with a shower, vanity, and toilet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each offer a queen bed and wardrobe space, with access to the main bathroom featuring a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet. Please note there is a ceiling fan and AC unit in the master bedroom only.

The right wing of the home also features a cosy sitting area and charming library nook, providing the perfect space to unwind with a book or enjoy some quiet time. Or for those requiring some deep work space, there is also a desk and basic office amenities. The home is fully equipped with integrated wifi which is accessible throughout the home and its surrounds.



HORSE ACCOMODATION

For guests travelling with horses, the property features numerous paddocks suitable for multiple horses, along with open air stables accommodating up to two horses, making it an ideal base for equestrian events throughout the Gympie region. Guests bringing horses are welcome to set up their own live wire within the paddocks if required or make use of the large pre fenced paddocks available.

Paddock 1: 55m x 40m (paddock directly in front of house/pool)

Paddock 2: 60m x 50m (paddock where stables are)

Stables: Open air stalls for 2 horses



There is also a large shed available for storing tack or floats, trailers or additional vehicles. There are additional paddocks either side however they are presently unfenced in part or in whole and would require tempo fencing or hot wire.



Guest Access:

Enjoy access to the entire home and pool, with easy single-level entry, a double garage which provides covered access from the garage to the property and ample parking along the gravel driveway. For guests bringing horses, the property features two paddocks suitable for multiple horses, along with open air stables that can accommodate up to two horses. Additional shed facilities and ample trailer / float parking of any size including Gooseneck trailers.



The Neighborhood:

Set in the peaceful rural area of Mothar Mountain, this regional location offers space, privacy, and a relaxed country lifestyle surrounded by nature. You’ll enjoy the quiet charm of a small hinterland community while still being within easy driving distance of country and coastal towns, national parks, and everyday amenities. Mothar Mountain is known for its National Park, rock pools, scenic countryside, and slower pace of life, making it ideal for guests looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.

- Gympie with major supermarkets, dining, and services is around a 15 minute drive

- Kin Kin main street with the famous heritage-rich Kin Kin Hotel is a 25 minute drive away

- Pomona town centre with shops, cafes, distillery and IGA is approximately a 25 minute drive

- Hinterland favourites including Cooroy, Eumundi with great markets are within a 30min drive

- Noosa Heads, Hastings St and popular beaches are approximately is a 1hr drive

- Brisbane Airport is approximately a 2.25 hour drive

- Sunshine Coast Airport is around a 60–70 minute drive



The surrounding area is perfect for exploring the Gympie and Noosa region, with scenic drives, local markets, bushwalks, and charming country towns.



Getting Around:

A car is essential when staying in Mothar Mountain, as this is a rural hinterland area with no public transport. Driving is the easiest and most convenient way to explore nearby towns, beaches, and national parks. Local roads connect easily to Pomona, Gympie, Kin Kin and the wider Noosa region. Walking and cycling are enjoyable within the immediate area, but longer trips will require a vehicle.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*NO dogs allowed unless approved on request ($50 per pet fee applies), native wallaby and koala families live on the property and pets need to be supervised at all times.
