***Tennis Courts: We are scheduled to be next in line for our tennis courts to be resurfaced. As long as the weather permits, they will be here to begin this process on Monday, July 6th.***



Seaside Beach and Racquet 5617 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo on the 6th floor of Building 5. Whether you're whipping up an easy beach-day meal in the crockpot, crisping up your favorite snacks in the air fryer, grilling fresh seafood on the electric grill, or mixing up frozen cocktails with the margarita machine, this condo is stocked with everything you need for a delicious and relaxing getaway!



Condo Features:



• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom



• LVP Flooring throughout the condo.



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six comfortably, and the bar seats four.



• Separate dedicated beverage bar with its own mini fridge between the living and dining areas for optimal access.



• Washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Living area has a full-size sleeper sofa



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk bed. *Top bunks are not recommended for children under 6.



• Located across the street from Adventure Island and just a short drive to the neighborhood Walmart, Rouses, and Coastal Restaurant.



• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes at the front desk ($50 each, limit 2). Credit card only. Parking passes are only valid for 31 days. Winter monthly reservations will need to purchase new parking passes every 31 days of the reservation ($50 each, limit 2).



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry



*Smoking is only allowed to the west of the indoor pool and to the east of building five by the bike rack

*Pools will be unlocked at 8:00 am and locked at 10:00 pm each day.
