The Space:

This ground floor condominium offers a comfortable layout designed for beach stays, remote work, or longer visits. With indoor and outdoor living areas, and practical amenities throughout, it’s a space that feels easy to settle into.



The main living area is open and inviting, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, a Smart TV, and comfortable seating. Just beside it, the dining area connects naturally to the fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and dining essentials.



Step outside to the furnished balcony area overlooking the shared pool, a great spot for morning coffee or an evening meal. The property also includes a barbecue grill and one assigned outdoor parking space.



A dedicated workspace in the common area makes working remotely simple, supported by reliable WiFi.

Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport, SJD, is approximately 60 miles away. Driving time can vary depending on traffic and time of day. The condo includes one assigned outdoor parking space, making it easy to explore nearby beaches, restaurants, and coastal spots at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.

- A government-issued ID is required at check-in and may be requested again during the stay for identity verification.

- Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property—no unregistered visitors.

- Pets are allowed though they are not permitted inside the unit or in shared areas, including the pool, jacuzzi, and grill.

- Trash must be taken out daily and disposed of in the designated bins located in the hallway. Use tightly sealed bags and do not leave garbage in corridors, walkways, or stairs.

- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home.

- Recreational drug use is not allowed anywhere on the property.

- Smoking is not allowed in the pool, jacuzzi, or grill areas.

- Violation of smoking or drug policies will result in a $300 USD penalty.

- Excessive noise, loud music, and disruptive behavior are not allowed, especially after 10:00 PM.

- Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

- Walking through common areas under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted.

- Fighting, aggressive behavior, insults, and offensive language are not tolerated in any area.

- Use of external speakers is not allowed in pool or jacuzzi areas; headphones are recommended.

- Children must be supervised at all times in common areas.

- Diving into the pool is not permitted.

- Glass containers and plates are prohibited in the pool and jacuzzi areas.

- Be courteous and respectful to all employees and residents.

- Guests must clean and properly maintain the grill area after use.

- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

- Extra cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in poor condition.

- All furniture and condominium facilities must be used with care, keeping cleanliness and order.

- Drive slowly and carefully within the condominium complex.

- The management reserves the right to remove any guest who violates these rules. Any damages caused will be charged to the responsible party.
