Ideally located just minutes from Loop 101, Arizona State University, Old Town Scottsdale, spring training facilities, golf courses, shopping, dining, and some of the Valley's most popular attractions, this updated retreat combines comfort, convenience, and entertainment in one inviting package.



Inside, you'll find a spacious and welcoming layout designed for groups and families alike. The large living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for movie nights, game days, or simply gathering together after a day of exploring Arizona. The updated kitchen is functional and well-equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners, while the dining area comfortably seats eight.



With three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, four beds, and accommodations for up to eight guests, everyone has room to unwind. Two updated bathrooms provide modern comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Other Things to Note:

Pool Heating: Pool heat is optional and utilizes propane, available at a rate of $100 per night or $500 per week. If you prefer to heat only the spa, a separate $60 per night fee applies. Please request and confirm payment at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is heated upon check-in.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.
