Our apartment is a real pearl, which connects 2 seas - the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor - with exceptional features:
- It is located directly at the beach of the Mediterranean Sea.
- There is a supermarket in approximately 15 Min of walking distance
- There a plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance
- It is located near the port, about 3 Minutes driving distance

LARGE & BRIGHT
This large and light-flooded apartment has an absolutely unique feature - it combines both seas, the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor.
While watching the spectacular sunrises over the Mediterranean from your bed in the morning, watch the unique sunsets from your living room or from the spacious terrace in the evening.

THE MIDDLE
The dining area connects all rooms and corridors in the middle of the apartment. The table stands out, from the kitchen into the hall.
Bright and open - a great place for fellowship and fun.

GOOD SLEEP
The apartment has 2 bedrooms.
- The two bedrooms are on the Mediterranean seaside and allow you to fall asleep with the sound of the sea.
- The view from the bedrooms and kitchen overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, where the sun rises in the morning and there is shade in the afternoon. The best conditions for a good night's sleep.

Our "everything-kitchen" leaves nothing to be desired for self-catering, in case you don't want to visit one of the many nearby restaurants.
