This one-bedroom cabin (480 sq. feet with high ceilings) offers a blend of modern comfort and up north charm. It also has a loft that is accessed by ladder. The cabin is located on a private road and a wooded acre, with easy level access to 80 feet of lake frontage and a dock.

The property offers recreation and relaxation. Guests can enjoy eating meals on the wraparound balcony, fishing off the dock, paddling the lake with the included kayaks, paddleboat, paddleboard, and canoe, relaxing in a hammock, connecting with nature, roasting s’mores at the firepit, and stargazing.

A perfect homebase for exploring all the area has to offer, including biking the TART trails, horseback riding at Ranch Rudolph, pickleball at Grace Macdonald Park, rafting the Boardman River, hiking at Brown Bridge Quiet Area, shopping in downtown Traverse City and Grand Traverse Commons, tasting at wineries, breweries, cider houses, and distilleries, and taking advantage of Traverse City’s farm-to-table and culinary culture.

Day trips include Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Suttons Bay, Leland/Fishtown, Charlevoix, and Petoskey.
