- For long-term guests, ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED up to $500/month. utilities include Power/Electricity, Water, Gas, Sewage, Garbage and Internet
Rules.

Who likes rules? Nobody, but they are important. Besides, we want you, the guest, to have the best experience possible. Unfortunately, if they are not followed, then the security deposit will be forfeited and immediate eviction will follow. Please follow these rules.

- Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. We understand that things happen and sometimes these times are hard to keep. Please let us know, and although we can’t make promises, we will do our best to work with your situation.

- Please honor the number of people you have stated in your reservation. If you must change the amount, please let us know so we can adjust the additional- person fee if applicable.

- You are welcome to request more guests over the maximum. If possible, we will provide you with a bed and a per person charge of $50 per night.

- If any misrepresentation about the size or the nature of the group or use of the property or if there is any other misrepresentation in any other way, it will constitute a breach of this agreement.

-Pets are allowed. We love our animal friends. However, we charge $100/pet for the whole stay (for short-term booking) and $100/pet per month (for long-term booking). Maximum 2 pets per booking, if you have more than 2 pets please request approval prior to booking (an additional pet security deposit may be requested).

- We provide a baby crib upon request with an extra charge of $75 per stay.

- We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables. We are not responsible for any items left behind. However, if you let us know, or if we discover something of value that you left, we will be happy to ship it to you. You will be responsible for the shipping fee of returned items.

- While visitors, dinner parties, and gatherings are expected, house parties are absolutely forbidden and will result in a full loss of deposit. Other events, catering, professional filming, and photography are acceptable, BUT different rates apply and must be pre-arranged before booking. Please do not book first and then schedule your event. We will not accept "surprise parties.” If this happens, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be evicted.

- We work hard to keep up a nice home for you so that you can have the home-away-from-home experience. Even though it is a rental, please treat this home as if it were your home like the previous guest did for you. Accidents happen to all of us. We understand that.

Please let us know if something breaks. If we know, then there is a good chance you will not see this come out of your deposit.
We like and appreciate a guest’s honesty. However, if you do not let us know, you will be charged for any missing or broken/torn items. Some items include, but not limited to this list:

- Kids’ Toys and Games - $50 per item

- We provide you with clean and comfortable towels and linens. Please use them for bathing and sleeping only. Please do not use them for removing makeup, doing car maintenance, or any other non-traditional use.

- Please do not drink any liquids on or near mattresses. If there are any spills, you will be responsible for the cost of replacing the mattress. Please, also, be aware of liquids drunk around the furniture. We want to keep the furniture nice for all of our guests.

- There is a very strict NO SMOKING policy within the house. No cigarettes, no cigars, no pipes, no vaping, no hookah. You may smoke outside in non-shared areas. There are ashtrays outside. You must place your smoking waste in the ashtrays. If it is discovered that smoking has taken place in the house, then there is a minimum $350 fine. If the house has been permeated with smoke, then your deposit will be forfeited and used for the cost of deodorizing the premises. Some guests are allergic to cigarette smoke and it is important that the home is a safe environment for all.

- No illegal drugs or substances of any kind are permitted on the property. Your deposit will be forfeited if these substances are used. Use is cause for immediate eviction and possible prosecution per local, state, and federal laws.

-We have professionally installed exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of all entrances, exits, and outdoor spaces for the safety of the property and neighborhood. There are no cameras located anywhere in the interior of the house or home.

Perfect Horse Show landing spot

We stayed for the MNF charity horse show at LAEC. It was a great location for us to crash at the end of a long show day. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay again for the next horse show

The rental company was so quick and prompt for anything that came up- super helpful! I never used the backyard but they weren’t joking when you felt at home. It was cozy and made my stay easy. They had hotel amenities like shampoos etc and kitchen things you needed. I would stay again if needed

Clean and well equipped period house in Glendale

This is a vintage house but fully updated and equipped with every appliance and kitchen item you could want. Lots of restaurants nearby plus supermarkets, bakeries, etc. Manager is super communicative and responds immediately to any question.

Adorable little place

We are here for a family wedding and rented this property because it was in close proximity to church, the reception and the airport. The clincher was the picture. It was just like a house I lived in as a child. My son was amazed at the wonderful places to eat within a short walk. Mind you, the house is secluded by a hedge and a large tree in the front yard. We drove past it 3 times before we found it. The bedding was very comfy, the couch was not. The living room was enchanting, with games and books. The furnace was a puzzle- sometimes it was too hot, other times it was cold. I would have expected an extra roll of TP and paper towel and a spare trash bag or two, and some wipes or Windex to wipe down the counter, but they were not provided. The back yard was used once, nice seating area with a grill that worked. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, with parking on both sides of a fairly narrow street, but that is the norm in the area. The property manager discouraged visitors of any sort, which put me off a bit, but there was a restaurant nearby where we met family for a visit. I was sad to leave this house.

Well equipped and welcoming.

Beautifully set up home in Glendale fit all our needs, even some we didn’t know we’d be needing. Kitchen, modern with extras like snacks, high end teas and coffee. Modern, huge washer and dryer. Courteous and responsive hosts. The softest, smoothest most comfortable sheets I’ve ever experienced. (Have GOT to find out where they got those sheets). The unexpected were the plentiful toiletries and the first aid kit. The latter came in handy when my spouse fell and got pretty scraped up. Having that little kit was a blessing. It’s all fine now, but at the time was a much needed item. I would happily stay, again, with these hosts in their lovely home. Many thanks.

It did the job

Our experience here was about 3.5 stars. I could see us staying again. But not without a new couch. I appreciated that the owners were communicative and they had an issue repaired that came up right when we got there. I also liked the feel of the place overall and the neighborhood. We walked the area a few times and getting to groceries or food was no problem. I added our pros and cons below. My family stayed here while we visited a universal Studios. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the drive way so we didn’t have to find street parking. The cleaning crew found and turned in my husband’s lost AirPods and the owners were kind enough to ship them to us.

Great stay!

Great stay and close to many of our activities like Warner Bros tour, Griffin Park, Six Flags and the Hollywood sign. Easy access. The home was clean but some small improvements could make it even better. More comfortable seating in living room, trash cans in both bedrooms, new shower curtain and additional towels. Appreciated the back area for our pup and the washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable and communication with the property manager was very easy and responsive. Driveway is a little snug for a full sized SUV but it was nice to have with little parking on street. Cute house that has everything that is needed.

First trip to LA

The house is lovely. Perfect location for us since my daughter lives in Glendale. Many thoughtful amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. It was great to have reliable parking. We enjoyed exploring the area and beyond.

Relax in Glendale!

So thankful to stay in such a perfect vacation home. Convenient by car to many “must see/do” Los Angeles attractions and neighborhoods but within its own walkable neighborhood of small shops, Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, and IKEA!! After a busy day, we could relax in the well-appointed private backyard OR have a sip and bite on the charming covered front patio with its own bistro table and (2) chairs. The interior is tastefully updated without losing the home’s original vibe and the kitchen is wonderful. Thank you so much.

Quaint and beautiful home

House was comfortable and located in a pleasant neighborhood. Backyard was a quiet place to sit and eat a few meals. Couch/futon in living room needs an update, pretty uncomfortable. Kitchen is well stocked but could use a frying pan.
