Cosy 2bdrm Apartment: 3-min drive to town/ 1-min walk to bus stop/ walk to lake

A peaceful haven just a few minutes' drive from Queenstown's town centre, and a short walk to Sunshine Bay walking track.

Featuring two generous bedrooms, a cosy open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a modern bathroom, this well-equipped apartment is a convenient place to stay for your Queenstown holiday. Winter guests can utilise the ski-drying cupboard, and summer guests can sit outdoors in the garden to enjoy the native trees and birdlife surrounding the property.
This apartment is attached to a private residence and is not a party place. It is not suitable for guests who are coming to town to party.
The space
The main living area has a cosy corner couch, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen features an induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, toaster, kettle, microwave and pod coffee machine. Please note there is no oven. Simple cleaning supplies and pantry basics (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, cling film, tea and coffee) will be available. We offer a selection of board games and a book exchange shelf for adults, as well as some kids books and kids toys for use if you're staying with little ones.

The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and a hairdryer is provided for guest use. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap available.

Bedroom One features a Queen bed and built-in wardrobe, and bedroom two can be configured as a King bed or two single beds (guests must advise at least 24 hrs prior to arrival if twin beds are required or additional charges will apply).

Guests have access to a private area of the garden with an outdoor table, and a ski drying cupboard. A parking space is provided on site, with additional street parking usually available.

We are just a short walk from the beautiful Sunshine Bay walking track which has lake access.

Town is approximately 3 minutes drive or 45 minute walk. The bus stop to town or the airport is 1 minute walk away (10-15 minute bus ride, departs every 15 minutes throughout day time)

There is a local play park and tennis court 2 minutes' walk away.

There is a convenience store, fish and chip shop, hotel bar and local restaurant 20 minute (uphill) walk, or a very short drive / bus journey away.
