This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to six guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. The Owner’s Suite features a queen bed and private en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, and the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional space. Every bedroom has its own TV, so everyone can relax their way.
The full kitchen is equipped for easy meals at home, and the private balcony with seating is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of an in-unit full-size washer and dryer and an elevator.

-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
-NO SMOKING + NO PETS allowed at this property.
-Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib. If we determine you have more than 6 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.
