🌊 Stunning Waterfront Escape - Crescent Beach Club (building #1)

The condo Association is currently working on the building's balconies; however, the balcony at this unit has been completed. While the middle driving lane is blocked off, the use of the grills is restricted Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. due to the construction work overhead.

The red tape showing in pictures on the balcony has been removed now that the balcony painting has been completed.

Kitchen fully stocked with cooking/eating/drinking utensils. Washer/dryer inside the unit!

📋 Booking Requirements (Time Sensitive!)
Contract: E-sign rental agreement within 24 hours.
✍️Lease Packet: Complete and return within 48 hours.
The paying cardholder must be named on the booking and sign our rental agreement and the association's lease packet.
Age: Primary guest must be 25+. 🔞

⚠️ Important Policies
Guests must call the guard gate in advance to announce their arrival.
Smoke-Free: 100% Non-smoking/vaping (including balconies). $500 fine for violations. 🚭
Pets: No pets or ESAs (service animals only). 🐾
Check-in: 4:00 PM or later. Check-out: 10 AM or earlier.
No luggage storage available.

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT INFO (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!): ⚠️
We require guests to complete and e-sign our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. Failure to do so could result in cancellation.
The Crescent Beach Club lease packet must be returned to us within 48 hours of booking. Failure to do so could result in cancellation.
Our rental agreement supersedes the association's lease and rules regarding booking dates.
Crescent Beach Club association requires guests to read and follow its rules (the $150 app/lease fee is included in your booking).
No motorcycles are allowed on site.
The King bed in the Master Bedroom is high; this will be difficult for mobility-challenged guests.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed for non-owners.

Vehicles and Parking: Garage Clearance is 6 Feet 3 inches (relatively low clearance). If you bring a vehicle that exceeds clearance requirements, you will not be able to park that vehicle at Crescent Beach Club and will need to arrange to park elsewhere. There is free parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking garage for each booking. Guests are not permitted to park outside of the parking garage.

START-UP SUPPLIES:
To help you settle in comfortably, we provide the following essentials as a one-time starter set:
🧻 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels.
🧼 Hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent.
🗑️ Trash bags for each can & a few laundry cleaning sheets.
☕ Ground coffee or coffee pods & dish towel(s).
🛀 One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person.
(Note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay. Items NOT provided include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, spices, oils, sugar/cream, or foil.)

🌴 THE AREA:
Directly on Sand Key Beach, with a short hop over the bridge to enjoy all that Clearwater Beach has to offer!
Beach Extras: Chairs and an umbrella are supplied for your entire stay.

⚠️ IMPORTANT POLICIES:
🔞 Age: Primary guest must be 25+.
🕒 Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in is 4 PM or later.
🐾 Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted.
🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🌊✨

📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND THE ASSOCIATIONS LEASE PACKET. Only the authorized payer may sign.
Your check-in instructions will auto-send at 3 PM on your arrival day, provided the agreement is signed.

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ):
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions, or transportation issues. Date changes, if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus rate differences.

Mail delivery is not permitted. For mail needs, we recommend purchasing a local P.O. Box.
