No Pets Allowed:
Surfside is a strictly pet-free property. If a pet is found on the premises, Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals and/or the homeowner reserve the right to immediately evict the renter without refund, at any hour. An automatic, non-refundable penalty fee of $1,000 will be charged to the reservation, along with any additional cleaning or damage fees incurred.
