On the Gulf side of the patio, two master bedrooms with king-size beds and private baths provide luxurious comfort, separated by a living area with a TV. Upstairs, you`ll find a king bedroom and another room with two twin bunk beds.

The Laguna side of the home encompasses the entire first floor with a spacious living area, dining space, and a chef`s kitchen equipped with two microwaves, two refrigerators, two ovens, and an 8-burner stove—perfect for preparing meals for large groups.

Upstairs, there`s another king bedroom and a room with a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Additionally, the carriage house above the garage offers two queens, two twins, and a twin-over-queen bunk, ensuring ample space and comfort for everyone in your party.

Each room includes free high-speed wireless internet and a TV, with the convenience of two sets of washers and dryers available onsite.

Relax and unwind with a dip in the private pool, enjoy morning coffee on the patio, or gather around the fire pit overlooking the charming neighborhood and lighted walkways. You can also jump into 2 heated/cooled community pools just a few steps from this home in this gated community. 1) VW68 provides 7 paved parking spaces. If you rent a golf cart, that will count as a vehicle.

2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.

3) No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced

2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. 7 parking spaces on the property, New Wave will supply parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield.
5. Pet Friendly (2 Pets Maximum)


- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.
