The space
"Beyond Oasis" is a beautifully presented, light-filled single-story family home nestled in the heart of Cowes on Phillip Island, just a short drive from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. This pet-friendly (outside only), fully enclosed property is perfect for families and groups seeking space, comfort, and a true home-away-from-home experience.

The Main House

The heart of the home is a generous open-plan Kitchen, Dining and Living area with a smart TV, flowing naturally into a second living room giving your group plenty of space to spread out and relax. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a Lavazza coffee machine, electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and a full set of cookware, crockery and cutlery. The four bedrooms are comfortably appointed and accommodate up to 10 guests:

Bedroom 1 — King bed, walk-in robe & private ensuite (shower & toilet)
Bedroom 2 — Queen bed with built-in robe
Bedroom 3 — Queen bed + single trundle bed with built-in robe
Bedroom 4 — Double bed + single bed with built-in robe

Two well-appointed bathrooms (each with shower & toilet), a separate toilet, and a fully appointed laundry with washing machine and dryer round out the indoor spaces. Stay comfortable year-round with reverse-cycle air conditioning in the family room, ceiling fans in all four bedrooms, four standalone fans and four standalone heaters to be used where required and heat lamps in both bathrooms.

The Entertainment Room

Tucked into the fully converted garage with internal access, this is where the real fun happens. The dedicated entertainment room features a full-size pool table, a smart TV, Dart board, board games and ample space for the whole group to gather. Whether it's a rainy afternoon or a late-night tournament, this room guarantees great times for guests of all ages.

The Backyard & Outdoor Entertaining

Step outside and you'll find one of Clifton Breeze's greatest assets a spectacular outdoor entertaining setup that's fully enclosed, making it ideal for kids and pets alike. The large side deck is an entertainer's dream, fitted with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture and lounges that comfortably seat up to 15 guests perfect for long lunches and sunset dinners. Head to the rear yard for a more relaxed outdoor experience, where a firepit (wood provided) and bench seating create a cosy spot for evening gatherings under the stars. Ample parking out front fits up to three cars or a small boat, making it easy for groups arriving from across the island or beyond.
