Our property boasts a complimentary BBQ for culinary enthusiasts, beckoning you to grill delicious meals under the open sky. Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats eight guests, and indulge in hearty feasts prepared in our fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, induction cooktop, and dishwasher for your convenience.

With two generous-sized smart TVs, entertainment is at your fingertips, ensuring everyone's entertainment needs are met. On cooler evenings, cozy up by the welcoming glow of the gas fireplace, creating an ambience of warmth and comfort.

Our outdoor space is a haven for relaxation and recreation. The backyard, fully fenced for your privacy, invites you to revel in the great outdoors. An outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and seating for six ensures that al fresco dining is a breeze, whether it's a leisurely brunch or a starlit dinner.

Accommodations are designed to cater to your every need, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Island Family Retreat can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests across five thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with unique charm. Should you need extra sleeping arrangements, a sofa bed is available upstairs (please bring your linen if required), and a porta cot is ready for our younger guests.

Stay comfortable year-round with zoned heating and cooling throughout the home, while the inviting gas fireplace adds extra coziness to your stay.

To create a harmonious atmosphere, we kindly ask that all guests respect our neighbours, as we are located in a residential area with permanent tenants nearby. Our home is your retreat for relaxation-style holidays, and we do not permit loud parties. Feel free to explore and enjoy all areas of the property during your stay.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed with ensuite - downstairs
Bedroom 2: 1x Tribunk bed with BIR

Bedroom 5: 1x Single bunk, double fold-out couch (BYO linen) - loungeroom has no door

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called,d this could affect your bon,d and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Read and accept our terms and conditions—the Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rule applies.

You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged.

Please note, that the home has CCTV outside, which is not viewed unless there is an issue.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
