Here are the full details… Welcome to the paradise of Coningham, where our beach house is just a stone`s throw away from the tranquil shores of Coningham Beach. Nestled atop the cliff and embraced by the natural beauty of Crown Land, our beach house offers a blissful escape with its prime location and thoughtful amenities.
Situated only 150 metres from the beach, our two-level retreat invites you to unwind in comfort and style.
Step inside to discover a welcoming haven for a relaxed holiday. The entry level provides spectacular views from floor to ceiling windows that frame the panoramic north facing water and mountain vistas. The open-plan layout seamlessly merges the lounge, dining and kitchen areas that spill out onto the expansive deck.
In the well-appointed kitchen you`ll find everything you need with an induction cooktop, pyrolytic oven, microwave, air-fryer, dishwasher, DeLonghi pod coffee machine and dishwasher provided. There is ample crockery, cutlery & quality glassware, blenders, cookware and bakeware so entertaining is a breeze. From condiments and nonperishables in the pantry, to essential household items, we`ve thoughtfully provided everything you need for a seamless stay.
Retreat to the comfort of the master bedroom on the entry level, while internal stairs lead to the lower level where you`ll find the second bedroom with queen bed and open-plan rumpus room with lounge area - well-equipped for kids with a TV, lounge, games console and a selection of games. Also in this area is a double size pull down Murphy bed for an additional 2 guests/children which is cleverly concealed in a cupboard when not in use.
Both bathrooms boast contemporary elegance with the upstairs bathroom featuring a double walk-in shower, double vanity and heated floors. Downstairs, a second bathroom offers additional comfort with its heated towel rail and floor, ensuring a cosy comfort year-round.
Entertainment options include 2 plasma TV`s equipped with Netflix, as well as board games, books, magazines and a sound system to enjoy during your downtime.
Outside the expansive two level deck beckons with a gas BBQ, a market umbrella and outdoor furniture, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing against the backdrop of uninterrupted views across North West Bay to kunanyi/Mt Wellington, and across to Dennes Point on North Bruny Island.

Guests have full access to all areas of the house & property, apart from a locked cupboard and an outdoor shed.

Coningham Beachouse is a quiet, restful environment with spectacular views across Coningham Beach to Mount Wellington. It is ideally located to explore the many attractions in the south eastern Tasmanian area – Bruny Island, The Huon Valley, and is also close enough to Hobart to be able to take in the Saturday morning Salamanca Markets. There are great walks through the Crown Land reserve and one trail leaves from Coningham Beach, passes along the cliff top in front of our Beachouse and continues on for about 4 kms to Legacy Beach. A spectacular scenic easy walk to a secluded and private beach only accessible on foot.
You need a car to access the property as there is no public transport nearby.
It is our family beachouse, a place of comfort with modern appeal. We like people to appreciate and enjoy the Beachouse as we do and treat it as they would their own home, with care. The entire property including deck is absolutely no smoking, and garden is unfenced so not suitable for pets. The elevated deck requires supervision of young children at all times.
