Bed isn’t the most comfortable and there is some highway/train noise. However for the price it was worth it and met our needs.

None of the outlets work upstairs and the layout is just very difficult to get to upstairs with luggage

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify that all electrical outlets upstairs are in good working condition with no issues. As for the layout, we've never had any issues with guests bringing luggage upstairs, and this wasn't something brought to our attention during the stay. We're glad to see the property scored well on communication, location, accuracy, and value.

The location was a little odd as it is directly next door to a company, but it was quiet in terms of no foot traffic and very little vehicle traffic. It is nestled right off of I-95, so there is some roadway noise but it really wasn't bad inside the house. Bring blankets if you want them, though! We improvised with a comforter when watching TV in the evening.

Do not stay here. The listing photos are extremely misleading; they make the space look much larger than it actually is. The house is absolutely tiny with incredibly low ceilings. It honestly feels like walking through a fun house. On top of that, the upkeep is poor—there is chipping paint and a missing electrical outlet cover.We paid over 200 a night with all the fees, but this place is barely worth 70 a night. If you are 6 feet tall or taller, do not even step foot inside this house or you will constantly hit your head. I do not recommend this property to anyone."

Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
To be fair, I knew we weren’t staying at a luxury home. But little things just didn’t make sense. The pictures are deceptive- it’s actually tiny inside. The upstairs ceilings are so low that the rooms are barely usable. One of the rooms has no furniture but an air conditioner, while the room across the hall has furniture but no ac. There is a serious lack of kitchen tools- pots but no pan, one dull knife for food prep, etc. The kitchen sink had only hot water (until we changed that). The shower had a curtain but no liner, so water would get everywhere when you shower. The air conditioner in the lower level bedroom had a sour vomit-like smell that I couldn’t get rid of despite cleaning the filter. The washing machine they advertise is coin operated. There’s the world’s most dangerous coat rack/wall hook contraption at the bottom of the stairs that could kill someone who trips. And finally, the refrigerator is not stable and actually fell on my mother in law while we were out. The property manager was responsive and left little gift bags. I know it’s not her fault the place is mediocre at best. I hope she finds a better property to manage and that you find a better affordable option!

We want to reassure future guests that the refrigerator has been checked by a technician and has shown no stability issues, and the listing description and photos reflect the space accurately. Our A/C units are new, and we haven't had reports of odor issues, so we'd encourage guests to flag anything like that during their stay so it can be looked into right away. We appreciate the feedback on kitchen tools and other small details, and we're always looking for ways to make the space more comfortable for guests going forward.
