Balsam Beach House has 3 bedrooms over 2 levels—one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms on the upper level. There is a 3-piece bathroom on each floor. The fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and main-floor bedroom are all conveniently located on the main level. Guests have exclusive use of the entire home and property, with no other tenants on site.

The house features a large outdoor living space with multiple seating areas for dining and relaxing, open lawns for play, and parking for several vehicles. There is a propane BBQ for outdoor cooking, along with beautiful flower and vegetable gardens throughout the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy seasonal produce, including strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries when available.

A highlight of the property is the private hot tub located on the back patio, surrounded by lush greenery and thoughtfully positioned for privacy. It offers a peaceful, sheltered space to unwind at the end of the day, whether you’re soaking under the stars or enjoying a quiet morning moment outdoors.

In the evening, relax after a day of exploring in one of the many inviting indoor or outdoor seating areas. This modern, well-maintained home offers all the comforts you need, including streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, and Sportsnet) and air conditioning to keep things cool during warm summer days.

The best feature in the area is the sandy beach just down the road. This popular public beach park is well known for its wildlife and sunrises. Bring a beach chair and spend the day in the sun with your feet in the sand, or launch your paddle board from the park. Farm stands and cherry trees line the quiet country roads, creating an overall sense of peace and relaxation.

PLEASE NOTE: Two shy and gentle cats live in this house and will be present during your stay. They are independent and require very little care aside from checking and topping up their automatic feeder and water. They have a cat door and come and go as they please.
