Welcome to this classic, all-season cottage located in beautiful Tiny Township, close to Balm Beach. The main cottage is nestled in an exclusive quiet neighborhood with large surrounding windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere year-round.

This spacious property features five bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests. All beds are prepared with fresh linens, and clean towels are provided for your stay.

The cottage includes a large eat-in kitchen with a farmhouse-style table that seats 10. You’ll also find a large living room designed to accommodate everyone comfortably, featuring a fireplace and a Samsung flat-screen Smart TV with access to all major streaming apps, including Netflix, Disney+, and more (guest logins required). The games room offers entertainment for all ages, perfect for rainy days or evening fun with family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary cookware and kitchen supplies. Additional amenities include 2.5 bathrooms and a washer and dryer (detergent not supplied).

Guests enjoy exclusive access to a private beach—just a short 3-minute walk from the cottage.

Outdoors, enjoy a fire pit (firewood not included) when permitted by local by-law, outdoor games, and a charcoal BBQ—perfect for outdoor gatherings. The property is air-conditioned and heated by furnace. Surrounded by mature trees, the cottage offers excellent privacy. The driveway provides parking for up to six vehicles.
