*Note: Common Laundry is in between units 202 and 203. Code to lock for Laundry supplies is 214 in cabinet across from washer and dryer.

*If bringing a boat let me know so we can get a slip assigned from the condo office before your arrival.

*Unit is technically a 3 bedroom but one bedroom was converted into a second living room area. It has a Murphy bed in it. There are 2 individual bedrooms with King Beds and doors on them, there is 2 living rooms, One of them has a Murphy bed (Full sized bed) in it.



-Condo is not pet friendly

-No smoking allowed

-$150 Boat slip fee for your stay
