This property is registered under the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests of this property must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay. A copy of the code of conduct is located in the welcome book which we encourage guests to read on arrival.

Please be aware that the Mornington Peninsula council have a strict no party policy, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm our guests need to move inside to abide by council law.

If you do not have any reviews on Airbnb please don't use instant booking. We would appreciate it if you send us an inquiry first with your age range and the purpose of your stay.

We do not allow Bucks / Hen's parties or end of High School Getaways / Schoolies.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property and will be given arrival details a few days prior to check in.

Other things to note
Please not spa can be heated for your arrival, but we must be notified before check in. Alternatively, it can take up to an hour to heat once you arrive.

All pets must be kept off furniture and droppings must be picked up and disposed of appropriately. Failure to do so this will result in additional cleaning fee.

Outdoor kitchen, bbq and pizza oven must be left clean, cleaning products are underneath the bbq.
