Driving & Parking - The condo is easily accessible from I-95, with quick access to surrounding neighborhoods like Wynwood and South Beach. - Parking is available at an additional fee (1 block away) and must be requested 48 hours in advance.
Other Things to Note: Parking Rules & Instructions: Parking is available for $15 per day and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, as spaces are limited and first-come, first-served. Please park only in spaces without a “Reserved Parking” sign.
To keep the access card active, the vehicle must exit the garage at least once every 24 hours. The front desk will explain the process at check-in.
A $100 USD replacement fee applies for lost cards. Weekly and monthly discounts are available. Please return the parking card and key fob at checkout.
Check-In Instructions: All guests must provide their estimated time of arrival (ETA) and present a valid ID at the front desk. Only the main guest’s ID is required, but the names of everyone on the reservation should be listed. Anyone performing the check-in must be registered on the reservation and present their ID at arrival.
Amenities Notice: Access to building amenities is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must follow the condo’s rules and regulations. Please note that the host is not responsible for the availability, condition, or use of these amenities.

Disposal Guidelines: Please dispose of all boxes in the recycling bin located at the loading dock near the lobby. Kindly ensure that all boxes are flattened before placing them in the bin. Please note that the building may issue fines if boxes are not disposed of properly.
HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty and an additional $70 cleaning fee. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - There's a trashed apartment fee of $100 for deep cleaning if the property is left in bad condition. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Please avoid moving furniture.
