THE SPACE



At the heart of the home is a cosy front lounge room, complete with an ornamental fireplace — the perfect spot to sit, chat and unwind with a glass of wine.



The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The main bedroom features a queen bed and TV, the second bedroom also offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two single beds, which can be configured into a king upon request — ideal for flexible group stays.



A thoughtfully curated cupboard of books invites you to slow down and enjoy a quiet moment during your stay.



The country-style kitchen is full of charm and personality, stocked with everything you need for holiday cooking and styled with unique décor pieces that reflect the home’s heritage.



At the rear of the home, a spacious second living area provides a relaxed gathering space with comfortable seating and an extra-large TV — perfect for movie nights or family downtime. This area also includes a large country dining table and a dedicated work desk, offering space to connect, dine or work if needed.



From here, step out onto the balcony where you’ll find an outdoor dining setting and BBQ — ideal for long, relaxed meals in the coastal air.



The backyard is lush and grassy, providing plenty of space for children and pets to play.

Built in 1914, Moore Cottage is part of the original fabric of the Jetty precinct — one of Coffs Harbour’s oldest and most loved neighbourhoods. Once a working harbour village, this area grew around the timber industry following the construction of the Coffs Harbour Jetty in 1892. Ships lined the harbour, railway lines ran along the jetty, and cottages like this were home to the families who shaped the early coastal community.
