Dog Policy:

This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $75 per week. All dogs must be approved prior to check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals, for which no fees apply.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



Type of Cooling for the Home

Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Advertised as 3 bedroom house and it was a basement and advertised sleeps 7 but only real sleeping for 6 and according to permit, only use for 2 bedroom.The upper part of house has at least 2 other rental areas and so this is a problem because the noise from upstairs is awful. Totally unsafe in my Fire Chief expertise due to only one door in and out. They claim window in bedroom as fire escape but not identified by signage. Minimal towels and washcloths for 7. Totally not happy with driving 1200 miles and getting the real picture. Contacted host about issues and all we got was we are sorry. Not enough supplies such as trash bags for 7 people for three days, (3 bags). VRBO should pull their ad and start inspecting some of these properties.

Very nice place! Very clean. Maybe this is something I need to do more reading from people’s reviews as this place stated entire house and we had the basement of the house. Another person stayed on the first floor. So we didn’t have the entire house and when they woke up we woke up at the floors above were very noise. But maybe that’s on me for not reading reviews, but I assumed entire house was the whole house. Check in was weird as the house is split into A/B/C doors enters. Which is explained so I went to B and tried and then C. Which worked. Glad that wasn’t during the night when someone is sleeping. Nice place. But we wanted entire house so won’t come back. Very clean place.
