Waterfront 4 bedroom house on canal, close to the beach and to the Maroochydore River.
4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to sleeps 8 guests with 2 Queen beds, 1 Double bed and 2 King Single which can be put together into a King size bed on request.

This property boasts a large size pool, great outdoor areas insluding a large deck and a pontoon from which to fish and catch crabs. Crab pots supplied.
Bring a tinny or water toys or enjoy the Kayak and SUP that are left for your enjoyment.
Bring your dog and extended family.

There is a myriad of other things left here so you wont need to carry such as fishing rods and tackle, sunscreen, board wax, a boogie board and fins, a wet suit, camp chairs and esky cooler bag as well as kids toys, a cot, car seat, baby chair and stroller, games and kids plastic wear. A weather station and pool table also available.

In the kitchen, there is an air fryer, rice cooker, slow cooker, sandwich press and Nescaffe coffee pod machine.
Plenty of room and air conditioning throughout , Free Wifi and a desk if you must work.

Absolutely no parties allowed or tolerated.
If you bring your dog, please clean up all dog poos out of the gardens. Please note that the furniture is off limit to your dog.
