Enjoy the full length farmer's porch with rocking chairs throughout the day, along with the large yard perfect for Summer fun. Great deck off the back for outdoor dining as well. Property is well maintained as well. Stroll down Forest Beach Road or take a quick bike ride to this popular Nantucket Sound beach. Minutes to restaurants, shops, bike path and more!

Entering from the back side of the house there is a sunlit, white kitchen and a hallway to a large living room with dining area and television. From the living room step out to the full length farmer's porch at the front of the house. Small sitting room is situated off the kitchen next to the stairway to the second floor. There are two bedrooms on the first floor - one with a queen bed and one with two twins. Full bath with tub and shower is located across from these bedrooms. There are also two bedrooms on the second floor - one with King bed and one with two twins. There is also a half bath on this floor. The dutch-style stairway to the second floor is steep. Please keep in mind that the ceilings on the second floor are lower so may not be appropriate for taller guests. There are four window unit air conditioners for the property: First Floor Queen Bedroom, Livingroom, First Floor Twins Bedroom and Second Floor King Bedroom. Enclosed outdoor shower is located on back deck.

Beautiful back yard offers deck with dining area and outdoor furniture. Additional outdoor furniture in back yard area. Perfect flat yard for outdoor games and barbeques.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
