-The property is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
-Please observe quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
-We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and respect throughout your stay.

- The homeowner lives on-site, in the main house, and may be present during your stay. The studio is completely separate from the main house with secure, private entry. The deck, under-deck area, parking in front of the house, and walking space are private to the studio
- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed
