Step into a sanctuary of comfort designed for ultimate relaxation. This thoughtfully curated home features three inviting bedrooms, including a luxurious queen suite and three cozy single beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for the whole group.
No matter the Perth weather, you’ll stay perfectly comfortable with our responsive air conditioning system. The interior balances a warm, welcoming aesthetic with functional spaces—perfect for lounging in front of the Smart TV or enjoying a home-cooked meal in the quiet atmosphere of a true residential neighborhood.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full private access to the entire unit.
Self-check-in is available via lockbox – access code will be sent before your stay.

GUESTS
- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.

- No smoking
- No parties or overnight visitors
- Quiet hours: 9:00 pm – 8:00 am
SECURITY & SAFETY
- Lockbox access for peace of mind
- 2 parking bay available.
- The property is equipped with external security cameras (front door and backyard) and a noise monitor inside to help ensure house rules are respected.
